PV stands for transformational and ethical leadership.  PV’s experience encompasses being an early-stage entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and an advisor to mid-market private-equity backed companies over the last two decades. He currently serves as the CEO and the board of WealthEngine. PV serves on a public board as an independent director at Appian Corporation (NASDAQ: APPN).

PV started his career at Microsoft in 1990s. He co-founded Entevo in 1997, which was acquired by BindView/Symantec in 2001. PV then founded Approva in 2002 which was sold to Infor/Lawson in 2011. PV co-founded ClearStandards in 2007 that was acquired by SAP in 2009. PV has been a General Partner at Novak Biddle Venture Partners, a $600M early-stage, top-quartile technology fund, since 2009.

With a keen interest in constant learning, personal growth and mentorship, he is active both in his local community and investing in entrepreneurship. PV is Chairman and co-owner of CommuniKids, a leading language immersion preschool since 2003. He serves on the University of Maryland’s Computer, Mathematics, and Natural Science (CMNS) Board of Visitors and as well as the Dingman Center of Entrepreneurship. PV is the founder of Pratham (DC-Chapter), India’s largest NGO focused on interventional education. He was former President of TiE-DC. PV has invested in several startups both in the US and India.

PV has a Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Pune and has executive management certificates from MIT Sloan School of Management.

PV is fan of latin Jazz, adventure travel, and admires Nelson Mandela for his deep sense of forgiveness and reconciliation. PV believes that the world can be uplifted through the universal language of laughter.

Bob Latchford

Bob serves as CFO at WealthEngine and is a well-known senior executive for Washington area tech high-growth companies. Prior to WealthEngine, Bob was CFO at companies such as UrbanStems, Optoro, and Clarabridge – all PE-backed software brands in the region. He has raised over $400M in equity and debt financing during his career.

In 2014, Bob was named CFO of the Year by the Tech Council of Maryland. He has also been a finalist for the same recognition by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) multiple times. Additionally, The NVTC has also recognized him for the hottest venture capital deals of 2014 and 2015.

Bob is a supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and an avid, amateur sports photographer for his son’s sports teams.

Raj Khera

Raj Khera serves as Executive Vice President, overseeing customer growth. In his role, he works across our teams to create more value for customers.

Raj is a past CEO and Co-founder of two multimillion-dollar SaaS businesses, GovCon and MailerMailer. Both businesses were acquired by public companies in 1999 and 2017, respectively. He is a proven leader in growing B2B SaaS companies using scalable demand generation strategies, SEO (search engine optimization), content marketing, and channel partnerships. Raj is also is the author of the #1 marketing bestseller, The IT Marketing Crash Course.

Raj earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he also serves on the board. He worked as electronics engineer for the U.S. government before starting his entrepreneurial career. Raj was appointed by former Maryland Governor O’Malley to the Maryland Economic Development Commission where he served from 2011-2014.

He is passionate about supporting higher education, he volunteers his time at the University of Maryland and local secondary schools to help students learn about entrepreneurship. An avid musician, Raj was the drummer (and occasional guitarist) for a DC-based Bollywood band. He gave up his drumsticks to be a soccer coach and personal chauffeur for his kids while building his companies.

Elizabeth Schiffmann Orzechowski

Elizabeth found her interest in product management at WealthEngine. As VP of Products, Elizabeth enjoys working with the product, UX, and technology teams to improve client offerings and focus on innovation. It serves her role well that she’s worked in several other areas at WealthEngine which help her work with cross-functional groups throughout the company to collect feedback and develop product innovations that will assist customers in providing the best research tools to execute their fundraising and marketing strategies.

During her time at WealthEngine, Elizabeth has worked in product management, as Director of Customer Care, within marketing as a Marketing Specialist generating thought leadership for customers, as product marketing and within customer service. Her career at WealthEngine started in Customer Service in 2008. Through the years she’s worn many hats which help her understand the intricacies of our products and the use cases of our customers.

Prior to joining WealthEngine, Elizabeth worked in fundraising, development and special events for a political think tank in Washington, D.C. She also worked in residential real estate sales, and fundraising on a congressional campaign in her home state of Massachusetts. She earned her BA in English and Political Science with a minor in Business from University of Vermont where she was also a member of the women’s varsity crew team and held positions on the board as Team President and Head of Alumni Affairs, etc.

As an animal lover who has a golden retriever she and her husband rescued, Elizabeth is a board member of MCPAW, Montgomery County Partners for Well-being that works to support the needs of the country and the facility within Montgomery County. Additionally, she serves as junior council member of Children’s National Health System.

When she’s not working, Elizabeth loves exploring new places. On her next vacation, she would like to travel to Thailand as she is amazed by its beauty and culture. She is inspired by her mother who came from a humble background but educated herself and eventually built a successful real estate business. She would love to pass the inspiration on to young adults by providing career guidance on how to find their path based on their interests.

Manmohan ‘Mac’ Gupta

Manmohan ‘Mac’ Gupta brings over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, including 15+ years in marketing management and leadership. As VP of Product Marketing at WealthEngine, Manmohan champions WealthEngine’s unique value proposition to customers in both non-profit and commercial sectors. He is passionate about understanding customer use cases and the resulting impact of WealthEngine’s solutions to their business or mission. Working closely with business, product, and sales leadership, Manmohan is one of the top customer advocates at WealthEngine.

Prior to joining WealthEngine, Manmohan spent several years at large and small companies including IBM, Pitney Bowes, Software AG, and Rational Software. In addition to leading product marketing for product portfolios of up to $1B, Manmohan has experience in technical sales, consulting, and business development. Manmohan holds an MBA from University of Chicago, a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of South Carolina, and a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from University of Delhi.

Manmohan believes that every child in the world has a right to primary education. He is a long-time supporter of Asha for Education, an NGO that works primarily with poor children and their mothers in India, helping bring hope through education.

He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he spends time with family, reads, and explores ancient history and spirituality.

Prashant Nerkar

Prashant has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience in managing global R&D teams in healthcare, higher education, and property management verticals. In his role, Prashant leads R&D: product development, quality assurance, DevOps, security, and data science.

Previously, Prashant was Director of Software Development at Ellucian where he was responsible for leading Ellucian Analytics and Ellucian Data Access / Data Lake SaaS products built specifically for Higher Education domain. Prashant is passionate about data science, analytics, data visualization, and user experience. He is very familiar with creating compelling customer journeys due to his extensive experience solving complex data problems within sectors such as Healthcare and Real-Estate.

Prashant holds a Master of Information Technology Degree from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he coaches elementary and middle school kids participating in the First Lego League and supports local startup companies as a technical mentor.

Abhishek Sharma

Based out of WealthEngine’s Bangalore office, Abhishek Sharma serves as Director of Engineering. An accomplished professional with 17+ years of experience, Abhishek manages the engineering team in India. He has built high-end technology solutions and high-performance teams for various corporations in the past. Abhishek started his career as a developer with IBM. He has also worked with companies such as  Goldman Sachs, Yodlee, and Quintype before founding his own firm called Techzaar.

Abhishek has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & communication from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore and an Executive General Management degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has served clients across multiple industries including telecom, automotive, healthcare, consumer goods, investment banking, and publishing in leadership positions through the course of his career. A keen observer and an analytics enthusiast, he loves to read and play outdoor games with his kids in his free time.

Adam Tiberian

Adam has nearly 15 years of experience working in the non-profit space throughout multiple departments including Advancement, Major Gifts, Prospect Research. In his role as VP, Nonprofit Sales, Adam is passionate about helping organizations reduce the cost to raise a dollar.

Adam has been WealthEngine for four years and has been charged with developing the organization’s nonprofit LOB from infancy to eventually working with over 1,200 nonprofit organizations across the country. His guidance on utilizing different vehicles to deliver the right message to the right audience has helped organizations not only achieve their goals but also exceed them.

Adam is based out of Charleston, SC and is a graduate of the University of Florida. He has a passion for the higher education sector, where he helps clients connect with donors who are not only most capable of giving but also most likely to make a donation. In addition to higher education, Adam is also interested in supporting causes that aid veterans. In his spare time, Adam volunteers at Sullivan’s Island Beach Sweep.

Given the opportunity to buy a round of drinks at happy hour, Adam would buy Irish Car Bombs, the unofficial WealthEngine drink! An advocate of tolerance, Adam believes that the ability to have discussions and accept other points of view can save the world.

Josh Vichness

As VP, Customer Success, Josh Vichness is proud to lead the energetic team entrusted with client support and communication that is not only key to our clients’ success, but is at the heart of WealthEngine’s Core Values. Josh brings nearly two decades of support experience to WealthEngine, having managed teams supporting both commercial and non-profit clients. Josh’s experience has shown him the foundation for a great support structure sits on pillars of technology, process and communication. He is working with his team to fortify those pillars and improve your customer experience daily.

When not taking care of his team or our clients, Josh can be found coaching his children’s sports and academic teams, as well as on the ice, playing hockey in various leagues around the DC area.

Akshatha Ramanathan

Akshatha serves as the Head of Customer Analytics overseeing teams in WealthEngine’s Bangalore office. She empowers customer growth and retention in addition to supporting business development efforts.

Akshatha brings 14+ years of experience in customer growth and engagement, working at FTSE 100 companies across North America, Europe, and Asia. She has started, scaled, and led high-revenue businesses with a product-first and customer-centric approach. Akshatha began her career in management consulting at PwC, New York and later worked at B2B SaaS companies in Europe, including Medallia in London. She is an engineer by training and holds a masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Having lived on three different continents, she likes to explore new cultures and ways of life. Baking and off-the-beaten-path travel are some of her interests (a trip to Burma being most memorable). She now travels along with her husband and toddler. While she is learning the balancing act, she is passionate about encouraging women to continue to work while pursuing their passions and family.
