Wesley Homes aimed to pinpoint major gift donors with the capacity to give six and even seven-figure gifts to their campaigns, now and in the future. 

WealthEngine's Solution

Wesley Homes was able to use WealthEngine’s Prospect Generator to identify brand new prospective donors to communicate with. The list was based on wealth attributes as well as prospects’ propensity and capacity to give to projects geared towards seniors. 

Their Result

After evaluating the wealth attributes, ratings, and scores of donors who seemed the most likely to give, Wesley Homes generated lists and prioritized their prospects. The information they had gathered from WealthEngine led them to raise $200k more than they initially anticipated.
