New addition to leadership team will play an integral role in corporate growth strategy

Dawn Orr has been growing and managing private and public technology companies for the last 20 years, both as a member of senior and executive management at companies such as SAGA Software, Legent Corporation and BRIDGEWERX and as a Senior Manager with KPMG.

 “Dawn brings the right talent and experience to the role as we continue to strengthen our focus on growth as an industry-leading SaaS company,” said Tony Glowacki, CEO of WealthEngine. “She has been an instrumental leader in her past positions and we look forward to having her play an integral role in delivering strong financial and operational management for our business.”

Dawn began her career with Price Waterhouse.  As a highly skilled financial executive, she has supported organizations with their IPOs, secondary offerings and mergers and acquisition activities while delivering gains in revenue, profits, and global market share. In addition, her experience and proven skills have led to making immediate improvements in operations, strategic planning, investor relations, financial reporting, and internal controls. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Robert Morris University and has completed Executive Education coursework at the University of Michigan.

Wedgwood Saves Heritage Collection Through Crowdfunding

British porcelain maker Wedgwood is keeping its historical archive intact thanks to a public donation campaign that raised money through texts and online. The Wedgwood Collection, which includes more than 80,000 works of art, manuscripts, photos and ceramics from the brand’s 250-year history, was in danger of being separated and sold off. Two months ahead of schedule, Wedgwood raised the last approximately $4.37 million needed through a public call for donations in partnership with charity organization the Art Fund.
