Training Courses -Free for Clients

The following courses are free to clients and offered weekly:
FindWealth Online – 1 ½ Hours
Offered: Tuesday @ 3:00 pm EST and Friday @ 1:00 pm EST
Covers everything you need to know in order to successfully run searches and research your constituents.
In this class, you will learn the step-by-step process of searching people and organizations and creating and tracking members of your Inner Circle/Circle of Friends. We will also review WealthEngine ratings and scores so that you can better understand your results, and teach you how to begin the process of validating your data.
Access Manager Level 100 – 2 Hours
Offered: Tuesday @ 11:00 am EST and Thursday @ 1:00 pm EST
All the information you will need in order to understand and use your screening results.
We will review WealthEngine's ratings and scores, including the Quality of Match and Estimated Giving Capacity. You will also learn how to sort and filter your file and generate standard and custom reports. Plus, we'll review the process of validating your data and instructions on how to recalculate results when necessary. You will become familiar with the Circle of Friends feature and how to use your Inner Circle network to help with your major gift fund raising efforts.
Access Manager Level 200 – 1 ½ Hours
Offered: Wednesday @ 1:00 pm EST
Geared towards making those important next steps with your data and addresses methods to tailor a file to suit a specific need.
The class will begin with an overview of WealthEngine’s ratings and scores with a concentration on the Utility menu within the Access Manager. We will discuss how to use data in MS MapPoint and how the MPP feature flags those special prospects. We'll also cover how to export your data in your Donor Management System, conduct advanced filters, customize the Estimated Giving Capacity, and create your own Client Defined Fields to further segment your file.
Users should take this class after spending two or three weeks using screened data and applying skills learned in the 100 level course. Questions are welcome, as there will be plenty of time to address specific projects and fund raising initiatives.
Dialog NewsRoom – ½ Hour - Directly following the FindWealth Online Training Course
Brief overview of the purpose and use of the product, what services it offers (benefits of Dialog NewsRoom over other services)

Pinpoint – 1 Hour
Offered: Second Wednesday of each month @ 3:00 pm EST
Brief overview of the purpose and use of the product and review of search interface with explanation of all of the fields
Data Integration/DMS – 1 Hour
Offered: First Wednesday of the each month @ 11:00 am EST
Orient clients with a general overview of the export utility, recommended fields to import, demonstration of process.
FindWealth Online for Financial Services – 1 Hour
Offered: second Wednesday of each month @ 1:00 pm EST
Orient clients with a general overview of the FindWealth Online, definitions of ratings and scores, and what data you can expect to find in each search option. Our expert resarchers will show you how to use the Investment Rating, Ouality of Match score, Net Worth formula, and P2G score to help qualify your prospects.
