Discovery 2.0 – The New Frontiers Program

Discovery is an important but often neglected part of the major gift prospect development cycle.  OSUF created a collaborative and successful Discovery Program including prospect identification and research verification by research staff, and major gift qualification by major gift officers, either through telephone or face-to-face contact.  Mark Koenig, Senior Director for Advancement Services at the OSU Foundation, became an integral part of the team responsible for building the Discovery Program.
