Training Courses -Free for Clients
WealthEngine provides up to 12 hours of free online training courses to all clients. Our training is conducted by product, with beginning and advanced levels courses for both our Access Manager and FindWealth Online products.

All courses are delivered via a webinar that includes a trainer and a group of attendees viewing the product online and hearing the audio portion over the phone. Each session is approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours long. Proper training is essential to your success in using our products. Custom Training Solutions are also available for an addition charge.
The beginning level courses, Access Manager Level 100 and FindWealth Online, can be taken around the same time. Once these are completed, we encourage all clients to take a week or so to work with results and then take the Access Manager Level 200 advanced training course to use the advanced features in our products.
Access Manager Training Course Overview
WealthEngine’s Access Manager Training courses are designed to provide participants with an overview of the data contained in their database screening, and to suggest approaches to utilize this data. Participants are joined by other WealthEngine users as they review a demonstration of the Access Manager database.
Topics such as WealthEngine ratings and definitions, sorting and filtering the data, generating queries and reports, and adding and editing information in your screening results, are all reviewed. In addition, instructors provide participants with “next steps” and a “road map” to move forward with screening results.
FindWealth Online Course Training Overview
FindWealth Online Training courses are designed to provide the user with an introduction to the basic functionality of the product. Participants are joined by other WealthEngine users as they review a demonstration of FindWealth Online. Users will learn how to conduct simple and advanced searches, create their organization’s Inner Circle and create folders. A general overview of the data elements contained in the product is also included.
