Take advantage of the latest technology for your DonorPerfect fundraising

software—use WealthEngine’s WebConnect for DMS. DonorPerfect and WealthEngine make it easy for you to Export your records for screening,

Screen & Import your data back into your database, Access your data in DonorPerfect and View Online Updates after a screening.

Step 1: Export Your Data from DonorPerfect

  1. From the Mailings tab, click Mailmerge
  2. Select Address Options
  3. Select Mailmerge Options
  4. Set your Export Template to "WealthEngine Export (mailmerge) (shared)"

Step 2: Screen Data and Import into DonorPerfect

Screening and importing your data is snap, because DonorPerfect does it for you. After you set up your Export, DonorPerfect will send your file to WealthEngine for screening. Once our FindWealth Screening process is complete, DonorPerfect will import your new data directly into DonorPerfect as part of their value-added service - a savings of over $600!

Step 3: Access Your New Data in DonorPerfect

Using your WealthEngine data is easy since all 42 defined fields are incorporated into your DonorPerfect database. The information includes matched sources and all rankings and ratings. To access your WealthEngine data from DonorPerfect Version 9 or DonorPerfect Online:

  1. Click on the Bio field from the Entry Screens for any record
  2. View all 42 defined WealthEngine fields, including matched sources and rankings & rating
  3. You can access this WealthEngine data from either DonorPerfect Version 9 or DonorPerfect Online

Bonus: Use WebConnect for DMS to View Data Updates

Your WealthEngine data can work hard for you long after your initial screening. By using our WebConnect for DMS, you can view current information on any screened record through WealthEngine's FindWealth Online research center - directly from DonorPerfect. FindWealth Online will give you the latest information available on your constituents, including any updates that have taken place since your screening.

    1. Open a record's Main screen
    2. Click the WealthEngine gear next to the Donor Type field
    3. View this constituent's FindWealth Online record in a new window
