WealthEngine welcomes our newest technology partner, DonorDirect, as they offer integrated prospect research capabilities to their growing client base of ministries. We spoke with their head of Sales and Marketing, Robbie Marvin, about the partnership and what it means for their clients:
“This partnership has been beneficial in our sales process allowing us to show a useful integration to new prospects. It has allowed our current clients to get to know their donor base better and provide direct communication to their donors,” says Robbie Marvin, head of Sales and Marketing for DonorDirect. “We are very excited about this partnership and look forward to being able to offer both of our services to many new ministries.”
Founded in 1999, DonorDirect is a software company that works solely with ministries. They are an industry-leading donor management software (DMS) provider that creates a unified donor management solution. DonorDirect provides training, implementation, data conversion and support services to all their clients, giving the ministries a one-stop-shop for all their needs around donor management.
“After learning about WealthEngine and the services they could provide our clients, we knew that we needed to partner with WealthEngine. This would allow our clients to benefit from our company’s partnership,” says Robbie. “We began our partnership in February 2012 by building a direct integration between our two systems.”
The WealthEngine-DonorDirect integration allows clients to seamlessly view, update, and import WealthEngine data, scores and profiles directly into the DonorDirect system – putting wealth insight in the hands of their fundraising team. This makes it easy for DonorDirect clients to manage prospect data, predictive ratings, estimated gift capacity, quality of match data, and asset values for every record in their database.
