Tricia Ambler
Senior Client Services Consultant
Tricia Ambler joined WealthEngine in 2007 with over ten years of fundraising and prospect research experience in both higher education and other nonprofits. She has been on the board of directors of APRA-VA for the past six years and is currently serving as President. She has also been a member of the planning committee for the Mid-Atlantic Research Conference (MARC), serving as Chair and as Co-Program Chair. Tricia earned her BA and MPA from Virginia Commonwealth University

Sally Boucher
Director of Research
Sally Boucher, CFRE, is Director of Research for WealthEngine and manages the WealthEngine Institute. She is the primary author of several publications, including Best Practices for Prospect Research in Higher Education Fundraising, Growing Individual Gifts: An Analytic Approach to Data-Driven Success and Fundraising’s Social Revolution: How Social Media is Changing Nonprofit Culture and Practice and has managed the creation and publication of other WealthEngine offerings. Prior to joining WealthEngine, Sally was Director of Development for The American Shakespeare Center in Staunton, Virginia, a Planned Giving Officer and Development Officer for Sunnyside Presbyterian Retirement Communities and Director of Development for the College of Education at James Madison University, both in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She has served as president of the Shenandoah Chapter of APF and has co-chaired the Virginia Fundraising Institute. Sally has also provided fundraising and nonprofit management consulting services to non-profit organizations including disaster relief, faith-based and arts organizations. She often shares her knowledge via webinars and at various speaking engagements and conferences with AFP, CASE, APRA, and AHP.

T. Clay Buck
Senior Client Services Consultant
Clay brings over twenty years of fundraising experience to his role at WealthEngine having worked with nonprofits in all areas of development and institutional advancement. With a primary focus on membership-based organizations, education and healthcare, Clay is well versed in all aspects of individual giving, particularly Annual Giving and Capital Campaigns. As a consultant prior to joining WealthEngine, he partnered with hundreds of nonprofits in all sectors, helping them to achieve deeper relationships with their constituents with more efficient methodologies. He has been a presenter on best practices in fundraising and has conducted training programs around the country. Clay holds a BA from the University of Georgia and Master’s of Fine Arts from Michigan State. He makes his home in Las Vegas, Nevada

Kimberly Chabot
Senior Client Services Consultant
Kimberly joined WealthEngine in 2011 as a Senior Consultant, bringing more than fifteen years of experience working with or for nonprofits providing expertise in the areas of advancement services, donor relations, philanthropic analytics, and prospect research and management. Kimberly employs a holistic approach to identify client objectives and to design strategic implementation plans that will optimize fundraising results. She has collaborated with a wide range of clients in advocacy, arts and culture, higher education, and healthcare. Prior to joining WealthEngine, Kimberly served as a Senior Solutions Consultant and Client Services Manager with a philanthropic management consulting firm, and was the Associate Director for Donor Relations at The Sage Colleges. She graduated with high honors from the State University of New York College at Cortland earning a BA in Psychology and French. She makes her home in Newtown, Connecticut.

Madeleine Harwood
Senior Client Services Consultant
Madeleine has been working in prospect research for the past 6 years and prior to joining WealthEngine she was the Research Manager for the University of Bristol’s £100m Centenary Campaign. With a background in academic research prior to her role at WealthEngine, Madeleine brings a different perspective to the field of prospect research. She is best known in the UK Prospect Research community for building, from scratch, a system of rating a prospect’s inclination to give to an institution – a piece of work that gained her recognition both in the UK and US, and on which she has spoken at numerous conferences and seminars. Madeleine holds a BA(Hons) and a Masters from the University of Reading, UK and will shortly be receiving her MPhil from the University of Bristol, UK. She is based just outside of Bristol in the UK, in the small town of Dursley – the namesake for JK Rowling’s characters of the same name.

Meagan Morrison
Senior Client Services Consultant
Meagan joined WealthEngine in 2012 with a background in data management and integration. Previously, she worked at both small and large non-profit organizations, including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts. Meagan has extensive experience with several donor management systems – specializing in data integration and automation. At BIDMC, Meagan was instrumental in the integration and automation of data in the launch of a grateful patient program utilizing WealthEngine ratings and scores. She also has experience with database conversions. Meagan earned her BA from Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts and currently resides in Austin, TX with her husband, Scott, and dog, Akai.

Eric White
Senior Client Services Consultant
Eric White joined WealthEngine in 2010 with more than 15 years experience in the nonprofit sector. With a focus on youth development organizations, Eric began his career providing training and technical assistance for Communities in Schools, Inc., the nation’s largest drop-out prevention program. As executive director of the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation (DGYLF) Eric managed the entire operation including the Darrell Green Youth Life Learning Centers (DGYLLC). While at DGYLF, Eric secured more than $5 million for national expansion of the learning centers and the development of the National Training Institute; a center designed to train other youth development leaders with attention on equipping professional athletes interested in serving youth. Eric earned his BA from the University of Southern California and his MA from University of California – Los Angeles.
