Tony Glowacki

Francis A. (Tony) Glowacki

Chief Executive Officer

Tony Glowacki’s history with WealthEngine began over 10 years ago. He first shepherded the company through a transition phase from what was Prospects of Wealth & Resources, Inc., into what is now WealthEngine.  During this time, his role was both as an angel investor and business strategist.  In 2003, having successfully assisted the company with the transition, Tony assumed the Chief Executive Officer’s position, which he has held since.  Tony has had a long career in technology, particularly in the area of information technology and database applications. He served in management roles at Manugistics from 1992 to 1996 before embarking on an entrepreneurial path. He has been both an active and passive early stage investor in a diverse range of markets including real estate, banking, technology, and franchise restaurants.  Tony graduated with a BS from the University of Iowa and currently serves on their College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board.  He is also a strong supporter of local non-profits whose focus is on improving educational opportunities for under-privileged children.

Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial Practice & Partnerships

James joined WealthEngine as Vice President and Head of WealthEngine’s Luxury & Financial Services Practice in February 2009. He leads our luxury and financial services team and manages the relationships of our key accounts. While driving the growth of WealthEngine’s financial services practice, James launched the luxury practice in 2009 and has achieved great success growing it in to an important industry for our firm. James role expanded in 2011 and he now leads all Commercial Partnership relationships and activities. As a member of our leadership team he is very involved in setting strategy of the organization as well as setting direction of product development. James career spans nearly twenty years. Prior to WealthEngine, James lead the sales efforts at BroadReach Partners, a financial and technology lead generation firm where he deployed a proprietary lead generation strategy instrumental in the growth of the organization. Previously, James was VP Sales at Institutional Shareholder Services where he developed a new market for its’ corporate governance rating business. James spent several years at I/B/E/S, later purchased by Thomson Financial where he sold financial data and portfolio management software and was their top sales person for nearly five years. James earned his BS from Northeastern University and Master’s in International Business from Pepperdine University. In his free time he runs marathons, competes in tough mudders and is active in the Boy Scouts. He resides in Denver CO with his wife and three children.

Jeff Lubitz

Senior Vice President, Sales

Jeff joined WealthEngine in April 2009 and currently has responsibilities for leading, managing, and mentoring the five non-profit sales teams that consist of more than 30 sales professionals. Jeff has a 20-year track record of sales and marketing success across multiple industries. Prior to joining WealthEngine, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Sales at Boston-based M|C Communications; where he also served as a member of the Pri-Med senior leadership team. Before M|C, Jeff spent nearly six years at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) where he was Vice President of Sales for proxy voting and corporate governance services. His responsibilities included managing and growing relationships with many of the world’s largest asset managers and hedge funds; he led three sales teams and achieved unprecedented results which played a critical role in the company’s successful sale to RiskMetrics Group in January 2007. Prior to ISS, Jeff was Director of Sales at Primark Corporation; a Waltham MA based financial information services company. Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The American University and an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Kimberly O'Donnell

Chief Marketing Officer

Kimberly O’Donnell joined WealthEngine in 2003 and has held senior roles in both marketing and sales for the company. As head of marketing, Kimberly currently oversees WealthEngine’s digital and brand marketing platforms, as well as its PR/communications strategy. With solid footing in the nonprofit sector, she has supported WealthEngine’s expansion into the financial services and luxury markets, directing several successful product launches and working to establish the company’s leadership in prospect research and wealth intelligence. Prior to joining WealthEngine, Kimberly was the Director of Strategic Marketing for Gifts In Kind International, a fundraising and marketing consultant, and Executive Director of the Alexandria Volunteer Bureau. Kimberly started her career as a Policy Analyst for the US Commission on Immigration Reform. She is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, where she teaches a course on nonprofit leadership through The Fund for American Studies. A lifelong volunteer, Kimberly has served on the boards of many Washington, DC-based charities, particularly focused on childrens’ issues. Kimberly has a BA from George Mason University and an MS in business technology from Marymount University.

Vice President of Analytics

Cong Qian joined Wealth Engine as the VP of Analytics in January 2013. With his expertise and experience in Database Marketing, Prospect Targeting, CRM, Advanced Analytical Modeling, he leads the Analytics and Platinum Consulting Team in providing analytical and consulting services to clients in both the non-profit and commercial verticals. Prior to joining the company, Cong was the Director of Decision Analytics and Modeling for Equifax, IXI services, where he and his team managed custom projects, provided analytical consultation, developed custom response or risk models, conducted customer profiling and segmentation for clients from various industries, such as Credit, Consumer Marketing, Banking, Mortgage, Collection, Insurance, etc. Cong also worked as Senior Statistician and Contract Manager for Allied Technology Group. Cong received his Masters of Science in Applied Probability and Statistics from Northern Illinois University.

Ronald Smith

Chief Financial Officer

Ron joined WealthEngine in April of 2010 bringing more than thirty years of business experience to the company, including ten years in public accounting and 20 years in private industry. In 2008, Ron founded Venture Financial Management LLC (VFM) which provided CFO and financial management services to emerging growth technology companies in the Washington, DC metro area. Prior to forming VFM, he held CFO positions with several emerging growth companies including Synchris, Inc., Everest Software, Inc., Entevo Corporation and Visix Software, Inc. where he was responsible for finance, legal, human resources, and administrative functions. Mr. Smith graduated with a B.A degree in economics from the Colorado College and holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Virginia Society of CPA’s.
